  • To place an order, click the "add to cart" link next to a product and then click on the "go to checkout" link to begin the order process. The site will guide you through the necessary steps.

  • With every merchandise order $85+, you have the opportunity to receive up to 2 free samples of your choice. You can view the selection of available samples during checkout. After you have selected up to 2 samples, your samples will be automatically added to your shopping bag. If your order is not completed during this visit, the samples will be removed from your shopping bag and may no longer be available. Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. Substitutions will be made for out of stock samples. Only one of each sample can be added per order. These products and gifts are not redeemable for cash. If you do not wish to receive any sample, you may proceed without choosing samples and go directly to checkout.

  • When you place an order at ralphlaurenfragrances.com, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. Your bank details are SSL encrypted and will never be kept or stored on the website without your consent.

  • Your credit card will be charged only when your order is shipped. You may see a temporary authorization on your account; this is replaced by the actual charge upon shipment.

  • For any technical difficulties you are experiencing with our website, please contact our online call center at from 9:00am to 5:30pm ET Monday - Friday (except Holidays).

  • If you have correctly entered all your information and are unable to complete the checkout process, we may need further information.   • Once you click the "Submit order” button your order is submitted for processing. We try and fulfill orders within 1-2 business days.

  • Your order number is in the confirmation email, in the My Account area in the section Order History and in the printed documents accompanying your shipment.

  • If you are registered you can also track the status of your order in the My Account area in the section Order History. You can also access our Virtual Order Assistant Bot through the Chat button.

  • Orders are prepared almost immediately once they are submitted. Please note as we generally dispatch orders within 1- 2 days, it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch. In this instance, you would have to return your order once received in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  • Delivery times often vary.   • We wish to ensure your complete satisfaction every time you shop at ralphlaurenfragrances.com. We will gladly accept the return of any item purchased on ralphlaurenfragrances.com within 45 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance at 000-000-0000 from 9:00am to 5:30pm ET Monday - Friday (except Holidays).

    Item(s) must be returned to us in original packaging, with all accessories, within 45 days of the purchase date.

    Returned packages must be returned prepaid. Please note we are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.

    Refunds are made to the original form of payment, with the exception of e-Gift Cards, in which case a new electronic Gift Card will be emailed to the original recipient.

    E-Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned for credit.

    If the returned item is part of a Set, all products in the Set must be returned.

    Please be careful and check the message of your engraved bottle (spelling and icons) carefully before adding the product to your shopping bag and processing payment. Engraved bottles cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
